ZERO STARS. I don't know how anyone could rate them so high! Jim Saccone is the worst landlord I have ever had. He cared nothing about his tenants needs. Left our 1920s apartment in horrible condition and never chose to do any renovations but yet raised the rent on us. He never put any matters into his own hands. He spoke like a child on the phone to me and my roommates, instead of solving problems in a professional way. He even hung up the phone on me. DON'T GO THROUGH THE STRESS OF DEALING WITH HIM. He is very unreasonable and won't negotiate. Glad to be out of one of his buildings for good!
