Review content:
After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes our order never showed. I called to find out what was going on. They said they never got the order from GrubHub, though I had received an email confirmation and my credit card had been charged. GrubHub customer service also confirmed that they did indeed receive our order.
I get that things happen, but what bugs me the most is that the guys on the phone just seemed more interested in covering themselves than trying to fix the situation. I really was not accusatory and they reacted very defensively - it gave me the impression that they realized at some point that they screwed up but instead of trying to say, "sorry for the problems - can we make it up to you?" they just kept saying "take it up with GrubHub".
So much for a new go-to pizza place.
