Review content:
I am writing this to tell you how pleased I am with my recent dealing with Don Mallon Chevrolet. In particular, your Service Department and Manager Diane. A little background: I own a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport, which I purchased in Atlantic City. The car was starting to develop a slight front end pull, which caused the tires to wear prematurely. I too the car to two other dealerships in the area, only to have them tell me that they do not have the capability to assess and correct the problem with my car. I also went to a Goodyear Tire specialist who told me that they do not have a mechanic who could remove and replace EMT run Flat tires. I thought I was getting the ""run-around,"" after seeing two dealerships and a Tire Specialist and them telling me that they cannot help me out. I decided then to contact GM Customer Services, at which time I explained the problem to them. Customer Service (District Specialist named Megan) called Mallon Chevrolet and after explaining the situation to Diane, instructed me to bring the car into your Service Department so they could look at the vehicle. After talking with Diane, I decided to leave the car with her for as long as she needed it to assess the problem, and come up with a solution. My point here is this, she could have said ""Sorry,"" we cannot fix anything with those tires/rims (Low profile ""Run Flat"" Eagle 1 Tires); you will have to go elsewhere. But she didn't. She took the car and did a proper alignment on it, and replaced the tires after receiving authorization from GM. She also had the problem with the room (squeak) fixed. I was out of the area for a few days while this was being fixed, and Diane called me with updates periodically to keep me apprised of the situation. This was ""above and beyond"" what I expected. I could not be more pleased with the service your company provided. I will continue to do business with Don Mallon Chevrolet, and hopefully replace my other vehicles with a new GM product. Thank You for a job ""Well Done.""
