I purchased 6 sessions of laser hair removal through a CoupTessa deal last September. I used one session in October, then had to cancel my November session because I got pregnant. After I gave birth to my daughter in August 2011, I made an appointment and was unsure if they would honor my remaining sessions since they were expired (or close to expiring). They honored my sessions without a problem. The technician, Brian, is extremely personable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him and the staff. I noticed a significant permanent loss of hair even after one session! We discussed additional services, but I was never pressured to purchase. I WILL be purchasing additional services in the future. The facility is clean and in a safe location. It is a little pricier than other facilities, but you get what you pay for!
