Review content:
I used this establishment before and although I wasn't pleased with how long it took to repair the car and there was a lot of excuses, I tried to give Art the benefit of the doubt so although I had other individuals that could fix the car, I tried to give him another chance and give him the business. Art promised on Saturday, Monday and now Tuesday to have the car towed to the shop. The last conversation I had was the car would be picked up today. Do you think the car was picked up? No because Art is a LIAR. He wasted 3 days BSing me when I could have had someone that had some integrity who could keep their word to get the work done. Art is full of excuses and the worst type of man that is a man that cannot keep his word. The cherry on top, he was laughing with his staff about the situation like it was a joke. If you want your car to sit forever or you want to get a lot of BS then go to him but as for me, he will never get my business and I will tell everyone I know to avoid him at all cost. I would have respected him more as a man if he said he couldn't do it. No follow through and you have to chase him down.
