I called Network Alarm Services because I was having problems with my security system. They handled the call, and sent out a technician to resolve the issue. I called Network Alarm Services after the issue was resolved because I wanted to commend Julie and Stephanie and to give them a ‘pat on the back’ for all of their valuable assistance. I also praised Mike T, their technician, for being very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for having great customer service.\r
