Review content:
If you are searching for a great tattoo experience, search somewhere besides Ink Expressions in Chattanooga. Horrible Customer Service. You will be greeted at the door by young RUDE people (girls and guys) that hang out. They are not the artists, FAR FROM IT! They are your typical tattoo shop groupies. Not one of the artists, including the owner, take charge of this business. These RUDE derelicts are allowed to run-a-muck with no supervision. My entire family and several friends have been tattoo'd by many different people there. Eric, Ernie, Matt, and even pierced by Damon. We have been made to wait for HOURS even with appointments with no excuse or apology. ""Get up every morning looking forward to my next piece of art""... ummm no, That would involve actually caring about your customer and how they feel about your studio and this is just not the case at this shop ANY LONGER. No, Ink Expressions is a Tattoo shop of the past. It has run its course. Or you could say they have gotten too big for their britches and think they are so special that people will not go somewhere else. You see, Customer Service is the key to EVERYTHING. Thank you for showing my family that you do not need our money or even our WORD OF MOUTH to keep you up and running. Oh you will continue to be in business because you will continue to have this riff raff in your studio that will bring in a different type of crowd to your shop. I will take my money and my business and move on to a better CLASS of shop!
