f you think for one minute about employing this company to do anything for you management or real estate wise, you're throwing your money and your housing investment away. i read every review here. the negative reviews are spot on. the people at peachtree, to include the owner, are rude, incompetent, and condescending. email me. i'll forward emails from the owner to you for you to see for yourself. the employee turnover is ridiculous and lends to their issues. our renters hated dealing with them. they seek to take as much money from you as possible through poor and unneeded repairs. that happened to be the final straw and the reason i fired them. and yes, the repairs can take forever. after a two year contract to manage my rental, not one promise did they keep. not one inspection report did i receive. not one set of photos did i receive. they definitely did not have my best interest or my house's in mind during those two years. this company is clearly on it's way out of business. stay as far away from them as possible. do not hire peachtree. stay away from this company. go with anyone else in the local area.
