Review content:
Dr. Silverman has always been attentive and professional over the years; however, he appears to be handing the business over to another doctor. The new doctor (Nguyen) appears to be just as excellent as Silverman, but the quality of the staff has declined over the past two years. The front office staff and several of the nurses are rude, and they are impersonal at best. While I am impressed with Dr. Nguyen, I'm switching clinics. I've been a patient of Lake Howell for over ten years, but the staff's behavior is the worst that I've ever seen in a medical office. The script nurse pins prescriptions on a bulliten board for all the staff and patients to see, several of the nurses ignore patient questions, and the front office staff rarely speaks to incoming patients directly Pros: Great Doctors Cons: Awful Staff
