Review content:
The facility is a very nice facility and the vets generally friendly but it is very overpriced for the service provided. As a new client, I needed to pick up a prescription for my dog that generally would have cost less than $5. Instead I was charged $20.87 for 10 pills because of a minimum prescription fee that I was not informed about. When I alerted the front desk receptionist that I was not made aware of this fee her response was, ""well you could have asked."" This kind of fee is not something I have ever heard of in the many clinics that I have taken my dogs and foster dogs to. Especially as I new client, I should have been made aware of such an unusual practice. Of course, I couldn't just walk out without the medicine because my dog needs it and they know that. I felt ripped off and deceived. As a result, I will be taking my substantial amount of business elsewhere. I caution anyone who goes here to look at your bill carefully and ASK about the prices of everything. I had also been charged for a fecal exam that I didn't want on my first visit but let that slide as an oversight. Check your bills carefully!!
