Same as everyone else here, I will NEVER rent a property this company represents, no matter how nice the location. The property manager I had the misfortune of working with for the 5 years we rented the property was condescending during all communications and I found it very difficult to maintain my professionalism with him talking to me like I was 5. I'm a father of 3 children and I don't treat them the way he tried to treat me. I was also charged the nearly $200 for lawn maintenance even though I mowed, edged, and trimmed the bushes the day I left. There were cleaning costs taken out to the tune of another $200 which I find laughable as I paid a service $318 to professionally clean the place. It's as if they have a standard deduction they apply to everyone. In the end I received less than half of my security deposit back after investing hundreds of dollars in an attempt to get my security deposit back in full. I figure taking them to court over $700 is pointless, but sharing my horrible experience with them will hopefully discourage any of you hard working individuals and families from falling victim to this company. I wish these reviews were here when I first entered the agreement with them.
