Do not go to this guy!!!\r
Fist of all he is very expensive (paid $250), but being in my area I thought I will give it a try. He fixed my computer which I couldn't start and need it windows install and some pieces changed. He did not asked me what kind of windows I want and if I need additional services. Well my computer is starting and has window but I can't do anything on it because doesn't have the drivers installed which he argued it was not part of it... well when I ask somebody to make this computer work I mean it.. I don't need a PC for pictures and to look at it. He didn't even bother to tell me before I left or to ask me I want those or something else. It is part of your job to inform your clients about everything. I am not a IT person to know these things and now I have to take it to somebody to actually make the computer usable. On top of all he was yelling at me when I went back.. as a owner you need to speak nice with your customers.\r
I would advise you to go somewhere else where the owner acts more professional. Going to small bussines always makes you lose money on the long run!\r
And also for 30-40 min of additional work I would make the customer happy instead of making him unhappy.
