Review content:
We appreciate the time both Joe Young and Tom Redd took with us. Joe was actually the reason we returned to Right Toyota after having negative experiences at 2 other car dealers. The only negative experience was in securing a price. Understanding that there has to be a starting point somewhere...to state that you want to sell the car at the full MSRP and offer us more than $2000 less than the value of our trade-in....doesn't put us as the buyer in the right frame of mind to accept anything....we could have easily walked out at that point. On the positive side....in the end we feel that all staff were willing to do whatever it took to earn our business....and we do appreciate their efforts.
