I've been under quite a bit a pressure at work lately and my wife thought I should take a couple of hours to relax so she sent me to Aequis for a Saturday am visit. The experience was the perfect escape! amazing what a simple massge can do to calm and relax you. I plan on going back at least monthly (maybe more?).
