My home is fifteen years old. A & S Carpet Collection placed the carpet in my old house and then we put an addition on and the builder gave me their name to get a discount, so when I wanted to redo the house it made sense to go with them again. I thought they were very fair. The house is huge and he recommended with some of the bedrooms that we just have them cleaned and see how it looks.
I'm going to have my office cleaned too because they're so great. They came on time. They told me it was their number one team that they were sending. They called them the "A Team" and, believe me, they were. Everybody had a smile on their face. They were very considerate and took off their shoes and put those booties on when they were in the house. They said they'd be there two days. I moved all the furniture in one room, so they didn't have heavy lifting or that kind of thing to do. They were done by four'o'clock that day.
They did an absolutely perfect job. The builders guided me in the right direction. I didn't get the highest or the lowest brand; I got the in between. I hadn't been feeling well, so I didn't go out to his shop. He came over to my house with everything, which I thought was very nice. We picked the carpet and it is so nice for the price. We're redoing house, but may put it up for sale, so I didn't want to put anything too pricey.
When I went back to pay, everybody in the store was all, "Hi, how are you? Hi, how are you?" I have never had service so polite. Everybody was smiling and seemed really happy to be doing their job.
