Review content:
My daughter had gone to this particular bridal center, against the advice of a number of people; because she knew they had the gown she wanted and in our case the location of the store. Yes, she got the gown she wanted and loved it. Ordered larger than her size; paid the extra to get that size and then paid again to have it altered down. Yes the bridal party , in the end , looking wonderful but.... Her bridesmaids dresses (3 dresses) were ordered there of which all 3 had to be re-made because of measurements sent in by the centers staff and faulty manufacturing of the dresses.(overseas company) Two of the dresses had to be completely taken apart and remade to an additional full cost of what the dresses were originally because of poor manufacturing. The bridal center never checked over the dresses and did not stand behind it and stated it was not a vendor they normally dealt with.(poor exuse) We didn't let the bridal center touch the dresses and took them to outside seamstresses. Professionalism of the staff at the bridal center was a mixed issue when it came to being helpful and knowledge. Search out department stores, personal seamstresses and such before settling for a 'bridal center' or 'bridal store' because after this experience there is N-O R-E-A-S-O-N to have to pay what we did for what we got. There are ways for the bride and party to look outstanding and gorgeous without being taken to the bank and treated in such a manner. I don't recommend Eva's Bridal and the like.
