one of the worst run businesses i have ever seen. i dropped off a dress for her to hem and 4 visits and 1 month later it was still not hemmed. i went in when she said it would be finished; not done. i went in a second time and she said she had spilled grease on it and had to take it to the cleaner!!! went in a third time; still not done. went in a FOURTH time and saw her pick it up OFF OF THE FLOOR and put it on a hanger to give to me saying it was finished when in fact, she hadn't hemmed ANYTHING!!! she flat out lied to me and knew it. unreliable, unprofessional, insulting, and overall a terrible experience. not sure how it could have been any worse!! save yourself the headache of frances!!!!
