DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!In February 2013 my husband placed 2 orders with RGuns online. Upon reading reviews of them and their products he canceled both orders the NEXT day (the orders were placed after close of business). \r
All of the sudden with no communication or confirmation for 4 MONTHS my account was charged for these orders. After several phone calls and a few emails all with no response I am taking it up with my bank. \r
I just don’t understand how a company can stay in business when they conduct themselves in this manner. I have called and left messages and have not heard anything back. Emails have been sent and again no response was given. Their website claims that they are a DOD contractor and a member of “Fair Trade Group” you would think you were dealing with a reputable company. \r
I am now out $709 with no one to get answers from! I want my money back!\r
