I have only had negative experiences in attempting to work with Sullivan Tree and Landscape. In the first case, I attempted to contract with them to have several trees removed but they were so lackadaisical in returning my calls and creating an estimate that I used another company. More recently, they agreed to rescue our cat trapped in an oak tree. After coming by the property, the workman said that he would return with the appropriate tools in an hour. He eventually showed up 7 hours later and by that time we had made other arrangements. Apparently, he needed to put his boat in the water and that took precedence.
