I would never request services from this business!! The staff is completely unprofessional!! This is nothing against Dr Matthews, I'm sure that he is a professional. Unfortunately, he has a poor choice in employees. They use him for his time and money. It is more important for the to text on their phones and use clock time to call their friends, completely ignoring a patient trying to just sign in for an appointment. Dr Matthews I suggest you hire staff that actually cares about your patients and not cursing on the phone in front of them. This is unfortunate for your business. I would suggest going to Capital Dental Care. They really go out of their way to make sure their clients are comfortable and appreciated.
