I hired this company a month ago and did not know that they were agents of Stevens Worldwide Van Lines,527 W. Morley Drive Saginaw, MI 48601. I did not know that they were just an agent. I was told they were their own Moving company and not an agent who just sold the job to another company. I should have investigated more closely! \r
They took my stuff and packed it into containers so tight that everything got bent or destroyed. If you did not take full insurance then they hide behind the 60Cents per Pound which pays about less than 10 cents on every 1 $ you lose. These guys don't respect your stuff. Please stay away from them. Plus any damage claim you have to identify while the driver is there otherwise they deny your claim.\r
Using Midwest is like throwing your stuff in a garbage compactor!
