My wife and I are repeat customers Lexus of Westmont and Joe Scala. Last month, Joe Scala helped us pick out a pre-owned Lexus
and sold us our third car. That, in itself, should say a lot. Joe Scala has a great personality, is polite and respectful, knowledgeable and professional. After deciding on the car and reviewing its service history, it took us less than 10 minutes to agree on a price. The whole procedure was stress-free and relaxed. We made arrangements to pick the car up the following day. The car was ready
and detailed; signing the paperwork took less than 5 minutes and than Joe set us up with a technician who explained all of the vehicle features and answered all of our questions. We were in and out so smoothly, thanks to Joe Scala.
Our experience with Joe Scala has been outstanding and unique and he has followed up with personal phone calls and e-mails
concerning our satisfaction with our purchase.
