Ralph was super on the sale as well as on follow-up. He explained all the features of the car and regularly checks back with me to make sure that if I have any questions or issues, they have been satisfactorily resolved and to offer his assistance.
Every visit to the dealership, even for car washes, I always stop in to see Ralph.
Also, everyone at the dealership, from the service advisors to the receptionists to anyone I see, everyone is friendly and just all around great.
