Review content:
i am a local who used to go to the spa at Gold lake quite often. I loved the big beautiful building that the spa was in, the relaxing atmosphere, the views, the music, the tea and snacks. There were a lot of great massage therapists working there and I was never disappointed with my massage. This year some awful changes have been made. The management shut down the big spa building and moved the spa to a very tiny little cabin. It is definitely not the same atmosphere and has very little ambiance. I also heard that the management laid off the whole team of therapists and now only have 1 or 2 people working there. I was VERY disappointed about all the changes. I can't understand why they shut down such a nice spa when it seemed to be very popular and a good money-maker for Gold Lake. It seems like they were not thinking clearly. Anyways, I won't be going to Gold lake for my massage any more.
Pros: I used to like the spa, not any more
Cons: There used to be a big beautiful spa and lots of therapists
