Review content:
Training Grounds is the best place to train jiu-jitsu and MMA in Bergen county. I can say this because before I found TG I was searching the area and tried just about every school I could in the area. Not being happy with any of the instruction or level of practitioners, I found myself trying a class at Training Grounds and signing up after only my first class. The world class curriculum and atmosphere that Professor Wil Horneff has created is second to none. Aside from that un like most Black Belt instructors, he will actually train with you. Training Grounds is a friendly, ego-free academy and I am very thankful to have found a place I can call home.
