BAD BAD BAD VERY BAD..BLACK WOMAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE VERY RUDE TOO YELLING AND SAYING BAD THINGS...TALKING HER PRIVATE PHONE FOR LIKE 30 MINS. IN HER WORKING TIME AND MAKE THE CUSTOMER WAIT...WE WAIT LIKE 2 HOURS CHANGING AND NO REFUND. MORE BAD BLOGS AND REVIEWS NEXT TIME GOTTA GO...OH AND BASE ON OUR SURVEY MOST PEOPLE SAYS THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALL RUDE AND SLOW.I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK IN KMART...I THEY HAVE WALMART IN THIS AREA NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM AND BETTER SERVICE, PRICE IS GOOD.
