I have learned the hard way that a hand shake or phone call deal is not the way to do business anymore, and especialy do not give more than a small token down payment until you are ready to pick your product up so you see it and can be sure you are getting what you think you baught, and most of all ""DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD # OVER THE PHONE"" if you do, the total amount of sale can be and will be charged on your credit card account as soon as the # is given. So! if you have a dispute with no paperwork, your up the perverbule creek without a paddle when you try to get full credit back on your credit card account. I am very sorry I did business with this Co.
