Review content:
I hired Reynolds Exteriors Inc to replace my window. The salesman informed me that they would have a hard time matching the side panel. I told him to get the installers to paint over the side panel with a color that would match. After talking it over, he gave me an estimate. When I arrived to see the finished project, I asked about the paint, and they said they forgot to buy paint for the siding. Then, they called their boss, who told them not to do it. I didn't have to according to my contract, but I gave them my payment just be over and done with them. I called the manager and told him about what happened. He checked the contract and informed me that there was nothing in there about painting the side panels. The salesman must have not included it. He apologized and told me the salesperson would give me a call to follow-up, but he never did. Honestly, the window itself looks great, and I'm satisfied with what work they did there, but in the end, I still have to paint the panels myself, even though this was not what we originally talked about. I took their business sign out of my front yard because I didn't want my neighbors to call the same company. Then, yesterday when I came home, a new sign was there.
