On or about 4-13-11, Matchbox Hauling delivered a dumpster to the neighbor across the street from me. After seeing the dumpster in my neighbors driveway, I noticed a mound of dirt in my yard directly across from where the dumpster was. I checked it out to find deep tire impressions from a heavy truck. I contacted the dumpster company, Matchbox Hauling, from the phone# on the dumpster. They said I needed to speak with Ken, who I would assume is Ken Hohlt-Vice President/General Manager of the company. He didn't cal me back. I called again the next day and this time was able to speak with him. He said the driver told him he HAD to drive on my property to drop off the dumpster. I asked Ken if he thought it was OK to trespass on someones property without asking first. He never answered the question. What he did say was that he would make it right and repair my yard. He sounded genuine. He is a liar. He had a dumpster he had to still pick up and he was appeasing me until he could pick his du
