When I bought my home ~6 years ago I required a new garage door and stipulated with the sellers I wanted them to purchase from Plano Overhead as I had a good experience with them in the past and my previous home. This week my spring broke on the garage door Tuesday morning on my way to a doctor's appointment. When I called I was told someone would be at my house between 11 and 11:30 AM; if not sooner. The technician arrived at 10:55 AM and was done by 11:30 AM. E.J. was great and efficient. I continue to be impressed with Plano Overhead's customer service and quality of work. Thanks for getting me back on the road! My only question is that the garage door and opener was purchased from Plano Overhead yet I was charged $295 for the replacement spring. I understand you give lifetime warranty at no charge so I am confused why there was a charge for the replacement spring.
