Here's how the story goes: One night while sitting in my living room, I heard a very loud crash coming from my garage. Thinking it was probably just some kids throwing a ball against the door, I still went out to check. I tried opening the door with the opener and it was just not opening. The motor was running, but nothing was happening. Upon many attempts to try to open the door by this method and lifting it manually, I realized I was screwed. My boyfriend, who was out of town at the time, called up Anytime garage door repair & made a free estimate appointment with them for the following morning. Upon doing some further googling myself (because I like to read business reviews) I found Damian Douglas Garage Doors. Not only was his service cheaper, but he had wonderful reviews. I had found the service I wanted to go with, so I called up Anytime (who had said that their phone service was 24/7) and left a voice message to cancel my appointment for the next day.
