We have been going to Dr Hitt for over 14 years (5 dogs later). In that time one of my dogs got hit by a car--her nose literally got knocked off. It was a Saturday afternoon-we rushed her to the clinic--Dr Hitt performed emergency surgery on her--stayed with her/checked on her every hour or so throughout the night as it was touch and go. He even had to call vet colleges regarding our dogs case because he had never seen one like it before--it was the best nose job you have ever seen. Our dog lived another 8 years before she had to be put to sleep--yes, we took her to Dr Hitt. She had had a stroke and was paralized--she weighed over 140 pounds--rather than make her go through the agony of getting her out of our truck and wheeled into the office, Dr and his assistant came out to us to do it--they calmed her and pet her to put her at ease. Dr Hitt saved Kiki's life and when it was time for her to go, he was there to put her out of her pain, for which I will be forever grateful.
