Also see reviews on Yelp - I believe after reviewing the other 2 reviews, Keith thinks women are morons...and that's how he treated me as well. Unfortunately, the place I've been going to for years closed, and I never had a problem bringing my car there. I then brought it to Shorewood Auto Repair and said I needed an oil change and my car was making a noise...it was either the back brakes or shocks. I got a call from Keith at work who stated it was my bike rack or the stuff in my trunk!!!! Well, I knew it wasn't that, and I also had just put my bike rack on to ride my bike home after dropping off my car! I explained that to Keith, but was busy at work, so just thought I would talk to him when I got there. Well, he wasn't there, and I asked the teenager, who was there by himself, if they at least checked the brakes. He said he didn't know, but he believed so. He then said he'd have Keith call me, which Keith never did. I assumed it was okay, so I drove it out of town, and had my little nephews in the car. My nephews were very concerned about the noise, and then I was concerned that they were in my car! I dropped them off and when I got back into town, I went back there immediately. I had Rick, at Shorewood Auto Repairs, get in my car and simply drove to their driveway and he heard the noise. I then had to drop my car off again that evening. Keith called and was unpleasant on the phone and said it was my drums and some other stuff and if I wanted the noise fixed it would be $250.00, but I didn't need it and I didn't need new brakes for another 6,000 miles. I asked if it was safe to drive and he said yes. He did not tell me I would be charged again for them looking at it again. I then picked up the car and was surprised they were charging me. I would have been fine with it, if they would have apologized, but instead Keith was just arguing with me. I walked out of there so disgusted and will never bring my car back!
