Very disappointing at best. I've had the same hole/worn spot patched multiple times. Each time it's a struggle to have someone come to the house. I've called a dozen times each time receiving some other excuse as to why it didn't work and why no one is returning my call. I've poured way too much time and money into a ""simple"" repair. I didn't even get to meet with anyone to review the pool, nor did anyone tell me exactly what was found. I saw the charge on my card. Then, I am told it's the same place as last time. Okay, then why did I get charged again? you clearly didn't fix it. Why can't someone return my call? Or better yet - just fix the issue. I want to get a new liner, there's no way I'd trust these guys to do that job.
