In or around August 2011, we hired Mr. Wallace to install a new roof, flooring, kitchen cabinets, interior doors and trim work. The job was never completed and the work was shotty - at best. We had never used a contractor before so we had no idea how any of this worked. Because the local Lowe's Home Improvement Store knew Mr. Wallace, we thought we would be safe hiring a local man to do our repairs. We could not have been more wrong! Mr. Wallace left our house key in our mailbox for his workers to have 24/7 access to our home. The workers used our personal tools and supplies without permission and left our place in a mess! Not one part of the work Mr. Wallace was hired to do was ever completed! Our roof leaks and is improperly installed, the flooring was never completed and improperly installed, and the list goes on and on. Like the previous post, if we complained we were threatened that Mr. Wallace would come and take our roof off, have his painter call us and pass on threatening messages. Horrible HORRIBLE experience!!
