We were so happy with Zip Aviation's customer service and pilot team! We feel like we saved a lot of money not cabbing all over the city and waiting in lines by seeing NYC's best sights from the air. The helicopters are large and luxurious, so not a lot of vibration or noise. I'd recommend showing up at least 45 minutes before your reservation to allow time for security, safety briefings, and storing your stuff. They allow a phone or camera on board, that is all. We truly enjoyed this thrilling ride and will recommend to friends! Definitely worth it!
