After being examined, I received my glasses with an incorrect prescription several days later. The Rx was significantly off, yet the doctor would not take full responsibility for it, saying perhaps I answered the ""that's better, that's worse"" questions incorrectly! I'm not a three-year-old child!! She briefly re-examined me and ordered new lenses, charging me 50% of the cost for them!!! Then, if that weren't enough, the frames they ""fitted"" me with are way too large for my face -- something I only learned now after being properly fitted at another optometry office. The center of the lens doesn't even sit in front of my eyes. The man who ""helped"" with the frames was fakey nice and then rude when I came back in to tell them my lens Rx was wrong the next day. Bad experience for me all around.
