Allen Kelly was recommended by a friend ""in the a.c. business"" years ago after I had difficulty with several other companies. I love Allen Kelly & Co! They have always been able to accommodate us in a timely manner and solve problems and fix them immediately.
I have a major health issue that does not allow me to go in the heat and humidity AT ALL. They have me on their ""emergency list"". When we've had issues with an older unit, they have responded the same day (squeezed us in at times) and fixed the problem.
They installed a new 16-seer unit 4 years ago (when we built an addition to our home) and sent a great sales person, installers and follow-up technicians.
I would recommend Allen Kelly to anyone who needs a reliable company!
