Review content:
Between them and their major supplier (trane) once they have their money they just don't care about service. Initially my experience with them was generally positive but when the unit began to break down while under warranty, and when I refused to let them out of the warranty promises by buying their newest system, service went to awful. Their time promises mean nothing; 'we'll try' means 'we can wait longer than you can'; and forget appointments...
This is a very sad organization which appears to have a 'take the money and run' attitude and which takes complete advantage once they have their customer over a barrel.
Pros: they get their money fast
Cons: once they have it, forget service
