I have been looking to replace the windows in my home for over a year. We have done what everyone said do you know get 3 estimates and all the blah blah. LARMCO was the second company to come into our home, we live in a older very well kept area west of Cleveland. We have 22 windows in the home and 2 doors. When the representative from LARMCO came to the home we were looking for a well informed helpful person. We did not care if he was in the home for a few minutes or a few hours we were willing to hear and see the information that he needed to give us in order for us to be able to compare to make a decision. What we got was a guy who was looking for us to say yes and nothing else mattered. As with most companies he provided a very steep initial price and then began dropping the price for alot of reasons. We explained to him many times we expect quality and are willing to pay a fair price for quality service and product that we were not making a decision that night. The project started
