Stay clear of this company, this company has the worse customer service that I have ever had to deal with.\r
A contractor broke my Palladio window and then contracted this company to come replace it. I took them 3 weeks and like 20 calls to come take it out. Once they took it out they promised they would have it within 2 days. After a week and another 20 -30 calls (lost the count), they still haven't come to install it.\r
Do not believe a thing they say, they do not honor the time they tell you they will be there nor how long they will take to fix the problem, they always come up with an excuse.\r
The owner is called Carlos (also calls himself Pedro or Peter) and the whole company is a reflection of this person.\r
Save your money, time and frustration and go somewhere else, I can't because the original contractor was stupid enough to pay them upfront and now we are stuck with this company.\r
