We have recently renewed the lease on our residential home, located in Roswell’s neighborhood that we’ve been renting through Ashman Associates. We have been very pleased with the service provided by your firm. Our current rental property, when we first viewed it, was in need of substantial work, as it had not been kept up properly by the former tenants. Our agent informed us of the repair work planned for the property, and he took careful note of the concerns we raised. Since we desired the house, primarily for its location, we filled out the tenancy application even though we had reservations. We were very pleased to find that the promised work was completed before we were scheduled to occupy the house. Furthermore, as other problems appeared after we’d settled in, you promptly had them corrected – even though we’d stated that they weren’t urgent matters. Your response to these issues has been a pleasure and a good reflection back onto Ashman. Thank you.
