My husband and I have rented a house from Ashman Associates since July 2010 and they have been absolutely wonderful. If they need to come by for routine maintenance then they always call ahead of time and leave a note detailing exactly what was done. Maintenance requests have always been handled very quickly and the two ladies in the leasing office are always very friendly and helpful. Even better, they hardly ever raise rent and when they do it is a very modest increase. I would highly recommend Ashman Associates to anyone looking to rent a house or apartment in the area.
