We are in process of buying an older home and had asked Nader’s to perform a full inspection for wood destroying organisms for us. \r
I had a really good conversation with Steve Volkert from Nader’s prior to the inspection and he was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.\r
The inspection of the 3,600 square foot 2 story home from 1920 was very thorough. I stayed with Steve during the inspection to learn as much as possible about the structure and potential challenges we might be facing and had a chance to experience his technical expertise first hand. \r
All areas were addressed from crawlspace to attic and windows and doors where he founds some issues and he did a great job in explaining his findings and options we have in terms of treatments.\r
I am very satisfied and impressed with the job Steve’s did, how friendly and courteous he was and would definitely recommend Nader’s to anyone looking for a quality company. \r
