Review content:
We received unexpected poor customer service. They left me regretful from their service. Took almost 2 weeks to give me quote and finally when order was in it was late. I had to keep calling. They had no respect for their appointment time that was given, I had to call, to remind them to get my work done and finally when they arrive at my house they showed absoulty no respect, they went in and out of the house with their dirty shoes on,did not bother to remove or put shoes cover's on. They did not show any concern for being late and the work was incomplete. They made me wait two more weeks without any communication and finally when order arrive they didn't even bother to inform me, left the window's outside of doorway. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, late, poor customer service. I will never ever get any thing done from Meridian glass in my life. It was very unpleasent, unhappy service I received.
