Review content:
I took my car to Fuller's Service Center 5/19 @ 12:30pm, for an oil change & to check an overheating problem. After an hour, I asked if the vehicle was done and was told that the radiator's fan went out and that they could give me a ride back to work. They called later saying the part was only available through the manufacturer for $250. The car already being there, I told them to just continue with the repair. They picked me up at 5:30pm from work, and I waited while they washed my car. I spoke with the service manager, about details of the servicing. He said the car just got finished being serviced and left the garage at 5:30, right when I arrived. I got my car at 6pm and noticed my GPS, radar detector, and cell phone charger were missing and notified Colin Fuller, the manager, immediately. He asked me to give him a day to figure things out and he'd call me the next day since most of his employees were gone. 5/20, I called & he said he was looking into it and would get back to me later that day. 5/21, after not receiving a return call, I called again and he told me he's still looking into it, but did search 3 of his employees vehicles, and would call me back later in the day. I filed a police report with Hinsdale police and a complaint with the business bureau that day. 6/3, after never receiving a return call, I received their response from their attorney saying that I am lying because I've been going there for 2 years and claimed to have used my GPS shortly before taking the car in (why would a truthful person need to use their GPS to go somewhere they've been going to for 2 years) and that I didn't notify them until 1 1/12 hours after my car was serviced (lie). I highly recommend not patronizing Fuller's, but in my experience the attitude of management is very unprofessional and arrogant, your possessions are not safe, and Fuller's accepts no responsibility for a theft by what I believe to be one of their employees (since the car never left the garage).
Pros: Complimentary car wash with 10-minute oil change.
Cons: Theft, Arrogant Management
