Review content:
Went here to have my Galaxy S2 fixed. I told them that I thought it was a stuck power button (a common problem for these phones to have). The symptoms my phone exhibited: when i would put the battery back inside of it my phone it would start up automatically and vibrated every couple seconds. It would try to turn on but since the power button was stuck on the inside it prevented it from being able too. The technicians told me that the button was not stuck and that it was the software and the phone was not able to be fixed. (I was very very sad when I left the store thinking this information was the truth). They also told me that having a stuck power button does not happen, even thought there were numerous people online reporting this problem with Samsung galaxy phones.
I ended up mailing my phone to a S2 specialist that I found online and he fixed it in one hour by putting in a new power button switch. Im so happy to have my phone fixed!!
These technicians do not know what they are talking about and seem to be very uneducated about the problems that cell phones encounter. They need to be more educated on the problems of different phones and actually take the time to look into it instead of using some lame excuse of it being the software and sending the customer away. Very unprofessional.
