This place never ceases to get on my nerves. The front desk staff is very rude and incompetent. As someone who works in a health clinic, I know the importance of giving a patient your attention and treating them like a person. At University Care, they don't greet patients and get distracted by conversations amongst themselves easily. The physicians (I've seen two of them) are just as incompetent as they are not up-to-date on current findings and treatment methods for common conditions. (Hashimoto's patients, beware!) Even more importantly, they're the kind of physicians to push medicines (and not even the correct ones!) that only treat symptoms and don't actually care about curing whatever you may have. So if you go here, be prepared to do a lot of your own research so you can tell them how to do their job.
