Review content:
The place has items all over the floor that people can trip over and slip on. The types of customers are rude, mouthy, and violent. The staff does NOTHING to enforce ANY type of safety. Customers have been hit, punches, screamed at, and staff stands there and does nothing. Children are out of control!!! Running around on bikes, playing inside the bins, grabbing at other people and tripping people. Nothing is done! If you complain to staff they just sit there and say there is nothing they can do about it!!! One must wait until the bins are in place prior to searching through them, yet people cannot help themselves and start early. Staff does NOTHING. They are only there to stand around and talk to one another and ring up your stuff at spendy prices!!! The filth of the place, the people, and the staff are NOT worth saving a few bucks!!! And forget donating stuff they are way to picky and lazy to load it into the store. We did speak to a District Manager who as well did...Nothing!!! He just complained that we raised our voices to his little lazy staff. We have been frequenting this Goodwill Outlet Stores for nearly 15 years...and it just keep getting worse and worse!!! They have for certain lost our business.
