I knew of Dr Spruill through my job.Expecting mothers had nothing but good things to say about him.I was taking to the emergency room and transferred to another hospital.Where I say Dr Spruill I was in so much pain I could not pay attention to the procdure he was going to due.Needless to say he was so compassionate.A year later he suggested I do surgery for my problem explained at this time I could not have surgery.Dr Spruill literally held my hand he was passionate understanding he was very sympathic even whenm I was in his office crying due to my problem.You can't be the best if you don't have the best staff also.Dr Spruill is the best so for the person who had a bad experience.But that is not my experience.I still follow up with him and he is still very passionate and has a good sense of humor.Thank you Dr Spruill and staff for always being welcoming and understand peoples needs.
